Submission

The submission Web page for CAM-2019 is
https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=cam20190

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:

  • Full papers

Work submitted to CAM should be novel and material that has been previously published should not be republished unless the work has been significantly revised. Note however, that while novel work is highly valued, constructive replication of previous studies can also be a significant contribution, and a new interpretation or evaluation of previously-published work can make a good contribution.

Authors are invited to submit high-quality manuscripts reporting original unpublished research and recent developments in the topics related to the conference. All papers will be peer reviewed and comments will be provided to the authors.

There are three different submission categories:

  • Research and theory papers (12-16 pp.)
  • Best practice papers / country reports (8-10 pp.)
  • Work in progress / discussion papers (6-8 pp.)

Submissions must be formatted with  Article template  using LaTeX  (Examples of the preparation of articles). The maximum length of the paper (including references, but excluding the optional appendix) is 16 pages. For online Latex editors, see e.g. Overleaf and ShareLatex. Abstract lenght — 200-300 words.

Submissions are reviewed using a double-blind process. Authors should leave their names and affiliations blank in the articles submitted for review, and take care to avoid details in the article that could be used to identify the authors. These include institution information, specific funding information and clear self-citations.

Accepted papers will be included in the CAM 2019 local proceedings. Selected papers will be published in the journal  "Computer Assisted Mathematics" or "Computer Tools in Science and Education Journal".

  • Posters

We invite you to submit a poster proposal to CAM 2019. Poster may describe recently completed work, relevant results of work in progress, or successful systems and applications, etc. Poster presentations will be an integral part of the conference, and presenting a poster at the conference is a great opportunity to get feedback on your work.

Poster proposals are due May 15, 2019. Poster proposals must include a short description of the research topic, the method, and, if possible, research results and implications based on the research results. The length of the poster proposal is between 2 to 6 pages, and the proposal must be formatted according to the  style guidelines (available here) using LaTeX.
